The dining table has seen many relaxed dinner parties.
Free welcome hamper with every stay of one week or more (contents may vary slightly).
The spacious kitchen with access to the garden
The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs.
The spacious living room. There is no TV.
The sofa converts to a double bed if required.
The kingsize bed is very comfortable with its pocket sprung mattress.
The single bed has a pull-out bed underneath if required.

With local walks from the door around Duns Castle Nature Reserve, golf at the local golf course, or the direct bus services to Eyemouth, Berwick-upon-Tweed and Melrose, as well as offering access to Borders cycle routes, you may not want to use the car at all. Alternatively, the beach at Coldingham Bay and St Abbs are 20 minutes away by car, with many Border towns, abbeys and stately homes also within the vicinity. Close to Duns town centre which was j just a short walk away Pleasant environment with lots of space . It was nice to be welcomed with tea and homemade short bread . Only there for a couple of days but highly recommended.
