Cottage -
2 Bedrooms , 1 Bathroom , Sleeps 4
Lossiemouth, Moray, Scotland
Traditional features combined with contemporary fittings make for a truly special cottage with outstanding views on the banks of the River Lossie. Just a quiet road separates the cottage from the bridge across the river to the fabulous East Beach. With a large living/dining area as well as a separate lounge, a king size double and a twin room, four people can easily feel at home here. We can also provide a cot, highchair and stairgates or an extra camp bed for those with young families.

Lossiemouth is compact, but has the necessary shops, restaurants and pubs. It is ideal, not just for a beach, golfing or fishing holiday, but also for touring the Malt Whisky and Castle trails, as well as longer day trips to places such as the Cairngorms National Park or Loch Ness. We invite you to take a break with us – you can be assured of a warm welco...

If we could we would come back in late summer or Autumn again this year but alas it's fully booked! ☹️ The location is perfect for the beach, for long coastal walks and for touring the Moray Firth area. It's within...

This was our second visit to Seatown. Its location is perfect with an amazing beach on the doorstep and fantastic forest walks just a few steps away. The cottage itself is beautiful and well equipped. There are fantastic living areas downstairs, both with comfy sofas snd tv’s. Central heating and 2 living flame fires make the cottage very cosy. There...

About the neighbourhood
Lossiemouth can be found on the Moray coast some five miles north of Elgin. The town owes its existence to Elgin’s need for a port after the entrance to Loch Spynie became blocked by sand in the 1500's.

Around Lossiemouth
There are a number of nice walks from the cottage, along the beach of course, but also along the river and through the woods. Ospreys are frequently seen fishing near the mouth of the Lossie. A walk along the Esplanade probably wouldn’t be complete without a locally made ice cream! At the marina, why not book a boat trip to have a chance of a close encounter with some of the Moray Firth’s resident bottlenosed dolphins and othe...
