Stayed here for the week and it was brilliant. The apartment was in brilliant location central to everywhere and everything. The was a great retail park with loads of restraints from Nandos to costa coffee and loads of high street stores from primark to H...More

So long as you do not exceed the maximum occupancy, children sleeping in a cot or toddler bed do not need to be counted in the party size. Children occupying a normal bed, however, must be included in the quotation. When enquiring with young children please let us know the age of any children staying, and make sure we know about all the children that are coming. If you need a cot or toddler bed we usually need 2 weeks notice.

All bookings are subject to a minimum booking value of £200. We offer discounts for full week and longer stays which are not properly reflected in the holiday lettings price calculator. Please enquire for an accurate quote.

A £25 flat rate surcharge will be applied for pet owners, please ensure this is included in your quotation if you are bringing a pet.

About the neighbourhood
A few meters down the beach form the apartment is Fisherrow Harbor, a quiet but still working harbor with fishing a boats and small yachts coming and going with the tides. Musselburgh is also home to to a great Horse Racing track, inside of which is found 'The Old Golf Course', officially recognised by Guinness World Records as the oldest golf course in the world!

Railway: Musselburgh: 2.0 km
By car - Located a short drive from Edinburgh and easily accessible by car with plenty of parking. From the eastern end of the Edinburgh City Bypass (A720) at the junction with the A1, take the eastern exit signposted to the services, this will lead you to another small roundabout, turn right here and follow Monktownhall Terrace until you reach a T junction (on your right here is a large Tesco store, in front of you the river). Turn left and follow the road until you reach the next roundabout (there are Iceland and Aldi stores here) turn right here, you'll quickly come to a set of traffic lights were opposite you will see a Shell Petrol station, turn left here and first right and you will be in front of the apartment block, the car park entrance is about 20 meters of the left.
