Your holiday home will be ready and available from 3pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 10am on day of departure.  So we can prepare the apartment for our next guests, please respect our turnaround times and do leave the apartment on time. Our onsite Housekeeper Sarah can be reached on the phone or via text and whose details are in the arrival instructions you will receive on receipt of full payment of your balance and which are also within the apartment. Reception can sometimes be patchy in Woolacombe and so in an emergency please do both email, call and text. If you have any questions before or during your stay, please contact Sarah and she will be happy to help you.

The house was an upside down with the living space on the first floor. This gave great views of the bay and the small town on Woolacombe below, especially through the whole length folding glass doors. The space was large enough to accommodate all 8...More

We were so lucky with weather so able to make good use of fantastic balcony and wonderful views. Only downside as other reviewers have mentioned is the steep slog up the hill but fortunately I had very kind sons who took pity on their mum...More

Woolacombe Bay is a three mile stretch of golden sand at the bottom of a valley. To the west Baggy Point cliffs and to the North East Morte point frame the beach. Nearby attractions include the following:

Ilfracombe: A fine Victorian seaside resort with something to do whatever the weather all year round

Tarka Cycle trail: National Cycle Network,Devon Coast Route 27. This is a wonderfully scenic circular route on the North Devon coast and takes in two superb traffic free sections, the National Trust coast route beside the sea at Woolacombe Sands and the former railway path from Ilfracombe to Willingcott Cross. It is served by the North Devon link road (A 361) road that joins with the M5 at junction 27. Travel time to Woolacombe from the M5 at Junction 27 is approximately 45 minutes bringing London (3 hours) and Bristol (2 hours) and Exeter (1 hour) within easy reach.
