The Granary is a welcoming detached two-storey country cottage, sleeping 4 people (+ cot), set in the beautiful East Devon countryside, only 15 minutes drive from the M5 (J27). Guests have the use of a large, warm, indoor swimming pool (33 ft), sauna, fitness room, children's play areas, 12 ft trampoline, laundry facilities, enclosed pond area with ducks and friendly chickens and two acres of grounds. Upstairs in the cottage, there are two attractive bedrooms (one double and one twin) and on the ground floor is the bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and separate freezer and the lounge area with flat screen television with freeview, DVD player and free WiFi Internet access. An immaculate Cottage, Set in Beautiful vast surroundings with Excellent facilities. My two young girls loved the pool, Play area and feeding Chickens with owner! I liked the fresh eggs with my bacon ! Perfect for Dog owners Could of quite easily spent whole trip...More

Three Gates Farm is situated in the heart of the East Devonshire countryside, within easy reach of the North and South coasts, Exmoor, Dartmoor and the Somerset border. We are easily accessible, only 15 minutes drive from the M5 and Tiverton Parkway railway station. Three Gates is a mile from Huntsham village (Huntsham Court is a popular venue for weddings and parties) and three miles from the popular town of Bampton, which has a number of excellent pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as a good range of local shops, including a butchers, bakers, grocers, convenience stores and a great fish and chip shop! We are only six miles from the market town of Tiverton.

- Bridgewater (30 miles)
- Barnstable (32 miles)

Three Gates Farm is easily accessible, only 15 minutes drive from the M5 (J27) and Tiverton Parkway railway station (two hours to Paddington).

We are on the edge of Huntsham village, only a mile from Huntsham Court (the nearest accommodation to this spectacular wedding venue), three miles from the popular town of Bampton, which has a range of excellent pubs, restaurants, cafes and local shops and six miles from the market town of Tiverton.

We are within easy reach of the beaches of the North and South coasts (about 40 minutes drive to either coast) as well as Exmoor and Dartmoor.

On leaving the M5 Motorway at J27, take the A361 towards Tiverton. After approximately 6.5 miles take the Gornhay exit, signposted Tiverton and Bickleigh. Turn left at the top of the slip road and at the next roundabout (MacDonalds) turn right. Stay on this road for just under a mile. After passing a row of shops (including Tesco Express), turn right, signposted Chettiscombe and Chevithorne. Immediately after crossing over the dual carriageway, turn right, again signposted Chettiscombe and Chevithorne. Stay on this road for 3.5 miles until you reach a cross roads (Van Post Cross).
