We stayed at 3 Gabberwell for five days over Christmas and it was absolutely perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone and think it's the best in the village by far! The king size bed was super comfortable. The children adored their bedroom with bunting as well as the little playroom upstairs in the attic. The house is set up...

We really appreciated the very attractive décor, soft colours and pretty fabrics/linen, not to mention the thoughtful welcome tray, super comfortable beds and the very effective wood-burner. It was the perfect stay and the perfect location for a much needed break. We would really like to visit again!

Super equipped cottage. Very efficient booking process and excellent communication with owners. Had a lovely weeks holiday. Ideal location for walking which suited our two Dogs and kids! Also short drives to other beaches. Narrow roads in and out of the village took a little getting used to but hardly saw a car on them.

You must please ensure that no damage is caused by your pets to the property and that no trace of them is left behind when you leave. Pets are not allowed on furniture or upstairs. A Refundable Damage Deposit of £50 is payable. This is refundable to you within two weeks from the last day of your holiday.

Picturesque and characterful, 3 Gabberwell Cottages is a short stroll from the prize-winning village of Kingston where many of the beautiful and historic cottages and houses are thatched. Kingston is an unspoilt village lying between Dartmoor and the sea.

The population of around 400 (currently including over 80 children) has stayed much the same for 200 years. Kingston is a working village, less than a third of the population are retired. It is surrounded by working farms and miles of beautiful coastline and estuaries which are havens for birds and wildlife.
