Superb cottage! Wonderful stay here. Would definitely make a return visit! Very clean and tidy on arrival. Owners very friendly and on hand for advice/help if required. The facilities on site were fantastic for our young family. Would recommend it 100%!

A private entrance leads directly to a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with fitted kitchen. Tastefully decorated, the lounge features a cream 3 piece leather suite, brown leather dining chairs and table, TV, video and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble-drier. Stairs lead to a large open landing, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Brightly furnished throughout, the master bedroom has a large double bed, generous wardrobes and a comfortable arm-chair to relax in. The large second bedroom has large 2 single beds and a 32 inches plasma TV on the wall and the bathroom features a bath, power-shower, toilet and hand basin, all equipped to a very high standard. The apartment is brightly furnished, with a light modern feel and quipped to a very high standard. Electric central heating is provided with radiators in all rooms. Wireless broadband internet access is available to those who bring their own laptop. There is a Z-bed available which sleeps another additional person.

How to get there
* Direction to Colmer Estate Leave the A38 (A379) signed to Ivybridge, Ermington, Loddiswel, Yealompton & Modbury. Do not turn off at Kingsbridge/Totnes. It’s the long way round the AA like to send people. Keep going for about 5 miles towards Plymouth, until you come to Ivybridge, Ermington, Loddiswell, Yealompton, and Modbury turning. Once you have turned of the A38, you will see a brown sign in front of you. Turn left signed to California Cross. Follow it for about 2 miles. When you get to California Cross you will see the pub on the right and a garage on the left.
