Interaction with guests
We will be there to greet you with the keys and spend less than five minutes showing you around the property as we know when most people arrive they just want to settle in.
On a very rare occasion we are away and will leave you access to the keys via a key safe, to which we supply the code. We will then pop in to check all is okay, when we get back.

Inside the property is a guest book that provides information on the local area, restaurants, Wifi Code, etc.

We tend to have a hands-off approach, but we live very close by and will supply you with a contact number for you to have easy contact if you need us for anything.

We are happy to offer many a suggestion of where to go, what to see, where to eat. Jusk ask.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay with 7 people in this warm ,clean and comfortable house within walking distance to Exmouth.House is situated in a quite area with little traffic and yet close to all the facilities of the city and walkingdistance of the beach. The hosts Edward and Heather are helpfull and welcoming.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of March to visit my son for his families day. The house was beautiful, there was nothing that we needed as it was so well equipped. Spacious and clean. I would love to visit again as unfortunately this particular weekend the country was ravaged by snow so we didn’t get to...

The city of Exeter is only a 20 min drive or train ride away. The train station is a 10-15 walk from the house.

The start of the stunning Exe Trail cycle path following the river up to Exeter and beyond is located right on the doorstep of this holiday let - Local cycle hire is also available.

There are plenty of close by bus stops, whereby Stagecoach Bus route 57 goes regularly into Exeter. There are lots of other routes to the coastal villages as well.

Railway: Exmouth Train Station: 0.5 km
Ferry: Plymouth: 85.0 km
1. One and half hour drive from Bristol Airport. Exeter airport is a 20 minute drive. Any London airport is approximately 3 hours 30 minutes drive.

2. 15 minute drive from M5 motorway, coming in on the A376

3. 15 - 20 minutes from the A30, coming over Woodbury Common on the B3180.

4. Exmouth train station is a 10 - 15 minute walk from the property, less than 5 minutes in a taxi from the station. Most train routes (but not all) to Exmouth from elsewhere usually require a change at Exeter St Davids. There are trains that leave to and from Exmouth every 30minutes, therefore depending on you arrival at Exeter St Davids, you should not have to long to wait for a connection.
It is about a 30 minute drive from Exeter St Davids.
