Superbly appointed spacious waterside property. On the edge of the beach, on the marina development and adjacent to the Exmouth Sailing Club. Town centre shops are just a short walk away. The local train station also within 5/10 in walk. Close to all transport links and leisure amenities. Wonderful views of Exe Estuary. Private balcony with decking and separate large patio. Extensively equipped with Wifi, TV, DVD, stereo, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, central heating etc. Exe estuary trips and 3 miles of golden sandy beach which then leads to the start of the World Heritage Site, Jurassic Coast.
The cost is for 4 people the day bed for person5/6 will be charged extra locally £25

Confortable flat in a great location, walking distance from the sea, the town center and some indoors kids activities for wet days. Perfect combination! Clean and well equipped accommodation for four.

Excellent accommodation in a quiet residential area with all amenities available in the property . Peaceful location for a relaxing break but close to shops, restaurants and overlooking the sea !

Situated at the mouth of the Exe estuary, and on the edge of Exmoor Exmouth is in an ideal spot to explore the local area and south coast. The area is flat so idea for walking, all amenities are within a short walk. We have the start of Jurassic Coast a fantastic coastal walk with breath taking views. Boat trips from the Marina, the local train station ideal for trips out or by car and plenty of Parks for young and old. You will not be short of things to see and do.
