Privately owned, our two bedroomed Victory Sandford with central heating and double glazing, sleeps up to 6 people and is sited in B Field at John Fowler's South Bay Holiday Park, Brixham, Devon.

This caravan, with its deck and sea view is Ideal accommodation for a self catering holiday or that short break away.

This carefully chosen location is close to the entertainment, adventure playground, shop and swimming pool. This caravan benefits also from a view over Brixham and on a clear day Torquay.

A seated table is provided for outdoor dining and parking is available next to the caravan.
All bookings include FREE gas, electric, linen and use of all on-site facilities.

Please Note: Neither Smoking nor Pets are allowed in this caravan.

About the neighbourhood
All our caravans are located on dedicated sites within the South Bay Holiday Park operated by John Fowler Holidays, just above Brixham. The Park provides a wealth of convenient amenities to complement the unspoilt character and ancient charm of the fishing port that is Brixham, just a short drive away. Whether you are looking for a quiet ‘get away from it all’ break, an active family holiday or an opportunity to explore the spectacular Devonshire countryside, the Park – combined with any of Brixham Caravans’ fully self-contained units – can satisfy all.

Enjoy a refreshing dip in the fabulous heated indoor pool or swim through to the outdoor pool area with toddlers pool, flume and sunbathing decks.

Getting around
There is a bus stop at the entrance to the caravan park. Buses run every 1/2 hour into Brixham. Buses run to other area's from Brixham.
You can also catch a ferry from Brixham Harbour to Torquay. This is something we do recommend as the journey is wonderful.

Traveling From M5 Southbound
Follow the M5 towards Newton Abbot, taking the A380 to Torquay past Newton Abbott. Stay on the A380 to
Paignton then take the A3022 following the signs to Brixham.
Traveling From Plymouth
Leave the A38 taking the A385 to Totnes, drive through Totnes towards Paignton.
At the Collaton St Mary crossroads turn right onto the A3022 and follow the signs to Brixham.
As You Approach Brixham
(Roads in Brixham tend to be narrow so please take extra care when turning in or out of junctions)
You will pass the welcome to Brixham sign on your left
At the traffic lights the road forks, take the right fork.
