This house is spacious, light, modern, well-appointed and in a position close to the remarkable Bigbury beach with wonderful views of the beaches, sea and coastline.

For short breaks of less than one week, the minimum stay for a weekend booking consists of 3 nights'; Friday, Saturday, Sunday, nights. For weekday stays the minimum stay is 4 nights, Monday night to Thursday night, the weekday nightly rate is as shown based on 4 nights.
We accept PayPal and Credit cards, personal cheques and bank transfers. We provide a 10% discount for parties of less then 6. Deposit is 25%, balance due 60 days before holiday start. You may cancel without loss of deposit (apart from £100 admin fee) up until 60 days before holiday start. Security Deposit is £300. No VAT is added to the price.
Price includes: Final cleaning, Free welcome pack including Devon cream teas, reasonable usage of Gas, Electricity, phone, wifi internet, Sky+HD, LoveFilm, linen, towels (excl. beach). Sorry no pets, no smoking.

Bigbury on Sea, in the centre of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor, is a beautiful coastal village famous for its expanse of beautiful sandy beach with a causeway, flooded at high tide, leading to Burgh Island and its internationally famous Art Deco hotel. Bigbury / Bantham beaches are famous for surfing and every kind of watersport, with equipment available for hire on the beach. The extensive beaches are also ideal for children to play on with soft sand and three RNLI lifeguard stations. The village is situated on the South West Coast path and is an ideal base for walking in the beautiful countryside.

Kingsbridge is nearby and its fun to drive along the scenic road (flooded at high tide!) up the River Avon, well known for its birdlife and kayaking....

By Car
From London, Bristol or the Midlands - M5 to Exeter, continue M5/A38 direction Plymouth. 17 miles out of Plymouth, note sign “Plymouth Park and Ride”.
Within 1 mile, shortly after Shell garage on right, exit at Wrangton Cross, sign-posted to Modbury (A379) take left at T junction. Continue to cross roads (signed Modbury to the right) and continue straight across, direction Loddiswell B3196.
At the hamlet of California Cross, take second left after filling station direction Bigbury (B3392) and continue on B3392 through to Bigbury on Sea (straight over at tricky cross road with sign to Burgh Island).
