It is next to the previous apartment on the ground floor with access through a wide common hallway from the street. It has two entrances; one of which gives direct access to a large, secluded yard. There are parking spots on the street and all the facilities are very close. It has a very large, air-conditioned living room which provides access to all of the other rooms. There are two large double bedrooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen, a large second bathroom and a storage room. There is an autonomous central heating system that burns heating oil, an electric water heater for hot water and plumbing for a washing machine in the bathroom. Location is ideal - Restaurants etc within five minutes amble and the famous waterfront within ten, you couldn't get much closer to the centre and still find on-street parking. Owner's arrival advice (give the taxi driver this number and get him to talk to me)...More
