This new apartment is a short walk from the town centre with shops, restaurants and pubs, yet is set in a quite peaceful location. The apartment has its own central heating, oak flooring and bespoke kitchen. Outside there is a decking area with seating and a BBQ. Historic Charlestown renowned for its tall ships and featured in 'Poldark' is 3 miles away as well as 3 beach's and 3 golf courses. The world famous Eden Project and the popular village of Mevagissey with its many seafood restaurants and unique shops are 5 miles away. From Mevagissey you can catch a passenger ferry to Fowey across St Austell bay or ... Good location for accessing the south west coast path. 15 minute walk to the town and to rail and bus links. Modern, very well maintained apartment with excellent facilities.

Our 2nd visit to this wonderful apartment, it didn't disappoint. Thoroughly recommend we'd visit more often but it's so popular it gets booked up real quick and that is no surprise.

We are nestled in a quite residential area within walking distance of the town
How to get there
Go along Truro road heading west and turn right into Trevarrick road carry on past the entrance to Robert Elliot Court on the left and when you see a wooden bench on the left turn immediately left up a narrow lane our house 'Jarawac' is listed on a white sign, this lane leads directly into our drive, and Gylly flat will be just to the right
