The property is ideally located in the centre of Cornwall on the south coast. There are three bedrooms, a large bright, spacious lounge, fitted kitchen with washing machine and family bathroom with overbath shower. The whole house is comfortably furnished and equipted with bed linen and towels. Beyond the Break has two areas laid to lawn a decked patio and has ample parking.

The Eden Project is three miles away, the coast just one mile and easy walking distance, as are all the restaurants, pubs and cafes at Charlestown, the home of the square-sail ships. There are lovely walks in this area and easy access to the coastal path, two Golf courses ( Porthpean and Carlyon Bay), riding stables, sports centre, tennis courts and the north coast just a 20 minute drive. What a great accommodation. The owner Bruce was so helpful and kind. Our stay was very brief and ideal for us especially the dog. Clean and well equipped with everything you could need. So close to beach, and all the amenities nearby. Can't thank Bruce...More

The remaining balance 28 days before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by PayPal, debit ,credit card or bank transfer. Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at all other times of the year. Property is non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside.

The village of Charlestown is home to tall sailing ships moored in the harbour and the regular location for many TV and film sets including Poldark. It is a bustling village with great local pubs, cafes, galleries and restaurants, as well as a harbour and sandy beach. A shipwreck museum with a collection of artefacts from Titanic is always popular. The South West Coastal Path provides stunning views and skirts the village along the beach and the dramatic cliffs. There are many National Trust houses and private gardens nearby, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the renowned Eden Project are a must for all. There are many activities available nearby from deep sea fishing to kayaking and the latest water based craze of paddle boarding

-Easy reach of Newquay airport which is just 15 miles away, Bus and taxi services run from the train station, just one mile away. car hire/ taxi service available. The bungalow is located on Porthpean Road on the outskirts of St Austell beween the St Austell bypass and Porthpean. Turn right out of the bungalow and your in the country, turn left and five minutes later you are at the shops ( Mount Charles). 10 to 15 minute walks to Charlestown harbour and also to Porthpean Beach.Very easy to find by car, and directions will be forwarded on booking.
