St Agnes is an unspoilt village and thriving seaside community with many independent shops,pubs serving local produce and ales,and four stunning beaches. A short drive away,there are many more beaches in towns such as Perranporth and Portreath,as well as the towns of Newquay,with its surf schools,bars and restaurants,and St Ives with its pretty harbour,boutique shops and Tate gallery. This detached dormer bungalow is light,spacious,and airy,as guests will see as soon as they enter the lounge,with its central wood burner,TV,and DVD. Outside,the property enjoys a large enclosed garden with sea views,which is set mainly to lawn,with a patioed seating area and BBQ. There is driveway parking to the front of the property.
