The accommodation is a 5 minute stroll to Perranporth village and beach with a selection of places for your evening meals or entertainment. The Annex has its own entrance to a central open-plan living/kitchen which includes sofa, chairs, dining table, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave etc. There is access to an external patio, washing line and sunny garden. Both the rooms have their own shower en-suite, one is a bedroom has a 5ft bed the other twin beds. On-site parking is available as is free access to Wireless broadband. Bed linen is provided however we do not usually supply towels and ask guests to bring their own beach and personal. Parking at the property is available for one car but it is on a slope; during the summer there is no parking on Wheal Leisure Road.

We usually hand over keys to visitors and say a brief hello, and leave guests to settle in with a cup of tea. We are happy to interact with guests as much or as little as suits them. Some guests like to chat in the garden catching the last rays and others prefer to be more private, both are fine with us. What is important is that you enjoy your stay.

The hosts helped us out with storing surfing equipment and we could walk to the beach easily from the accommodation. The property had everything we needed to cook our own meals when we did not use the pubs and cafes which are just a stroll...More
