The accommodation is a 5 minute stroll to Perranporth village and beach with a selection of places for your evening meals or entertainment. The Annex has its own entrance to a central open-plan living/kitchen which includes sofa, chairs, dining table, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave etc. There is access to an external patio, washing line and sunny garden. Both the rooms have their own shower en-suite, one is a bedroom has a 5ft bed the other twin beds. On-site parking is available as is free access to Wireless broadband. Bed linen is provided however we do not usually supply towels and ask guests to bring their own beach and personal. Interaction with guests
We usually hand over keys to visitors and say a brief hello, and leave guests to settle in with a cup of tea. We are happy to interact with guests as much or as little as suits them. Some guests like to chat in the garden catching the last rays and others prefer to be more private, both are fine with us. What is important is that you enjoy your stay.

Close to beach and all shops, bars, restaurants etc. The owners Jo & Nigel were very friendly and helpful, and allowed us to bring our dog. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Booked Annex at Wheal Leisure as a base for a week to explore some of Cornwall. The Annex was clean, comfortable, spacious with good kitchen amenities in a great location. Perranporth Centre and beach is a few minute walk away. Great that you are welcome...More

We have been going to this holiday home for many years and we couldn't find better. It's always very clean and extremely comfortable with everything we need. Jo and Nigel are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. I can't recommend this holiday...More

The village hosts several good quality bars, pubs, cafe's, restaurants together with a good range of independent retailers, surf shops and surf schools. The Millennium Sundial on the headland shows Cornish time.The Millennium Sundial on the headland shows Cornish time, 20 minutes ahead of GMT – adding to the notion that you have to get up early to catch a Cornishman! There's plenty to do in and around Perran if you get tired of the beach. Perranporth Golf Club with its renowned links course sits on the edge of the village and overlooks the beach. If horse riding is your thing, Reen Manor Stables offer riding excursions around Perran's wooded valleys or along the beach towards Ligger Point. Alternatively, take a walk along the coastal footpath to St Agnes and enjoy the rugged cliff scenery...
