A well appointed, stunning contemporary first floor apartment. This property all has a welcoming and homely feel. Everything you would require for a relaxing, comfortable self contained holiday. The apartment offers a modern and comfortable living space with its own car parking area. It is also available for weekend & midweek short breaks out of the high season. We will consider well behaved smaller dogs.

This property is situated next to three of our other holiday properties. Because they are all situated together they are ideal for families & friends to share a holiday while retaining full independence and individual space.

Excellent location and a very relaxing fortnight spent in this property. Used to go to Carbis Bay, but development there has spoilt the feel of the place. This was better and many beaches to visit.

We stayed three nights. My husband, our two small dogs and myself. Amanda was very accommodating. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything that you might need in terms of appliances etc. Very well located, views over the estuary are fab. Lots of eateries...More

Absolutely perfect apartment, spotless and with everything you could possibly need. The view is to die for! Would definitely love to return - thanks to Amanda for all her help.

The twin room does have a spare bed stored under one of the single beds for parties that may require an extra person. There will be a small surcharge for the 5th person and you will have to bring your own bedding and towels for the extra person.

June 29th until September 29th are only available as a full week bookings. ( except 3 days available from 21st July 2018) The general minimum stay during May, June is four nights excluding the school holidays. Please contact if you require less as this may be possible if there are days either side of short bookings. Please note that stays of 3 nights or less, free linen will not be provided. Visitors will need to bring their own linen or pay 10 pound per person surcharge for bed linen and towels. Electric is always included in the price. In the high season we can only do Saturday to Saturday bookings

About the neighbourhood
Hayle has a lot to offer from gorgeous beaches to birdwatching and is well known for its RSPB reserve site. It also has a fantastic surfing beach called Gwithian/Godrevy which is very popular. You can book surf lessons Shore surf schools or if that sounds too energetic there a couple of cafes where you can just take in the views. There is a large well stocked surf shop in town where you can buy or hire any surfing equipment you may need.
There are many fantastic coastal walks to enjoy around the area you can get to the coastal path from the properties within a fifteen minute walk.
