A few minutes' walk away is the Bowgie Inn, serving food and drink with the same fantastic view, and Crantock village is only five minutes' walk away along a country lane, where there are two more pubs, a Londis grocery store, post office and other village attractions. Crantock Bay House also has a large garden to the rear that's fully enclosed, making it ideal for guests with small children and dogs. Amenities: Oil fired central heating by radiators to every room. Fully fitted and very well equipped big kitchen with a dining table, dishwasher, electric range cooker with extractor fan over, large fridge, beautifully hand painted kitchen with glass splashbacks. Washing machine, sink, freezer, door to Garden Room with access to the large rear garden. TV, DVD, WiFi. Rear garden with large raised, lawn area and patio, outside seating and umbrella style clothes airer. Two well behaved pets welcome. Shop and pub 5 minutes walk. Fuel and Power inc. in the rent. Cot and highchair available. Sorry, no smoking. Parking for 3 cars. Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, each guest is also provided with a bath and hand towel - Guests must provide their own beach towels. Note: Check in is from 4pm. Note: There is a £40 charge per pet. Note: The fireplace in the sitting room is decorative and cannot be used for an open fire. Note: Sorry, no hen, stag parties or similar. Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations. Town: Crantock is a small Cornish village, set back from the coast, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.More
