Tresawle is a three-bedroom property with the main bedroom being en-suite with a double bed. The other two bedrooms can sleep two adults with twin beds. To the rear of the property, through the kitchen doors, you will find access to the rear garden with seating area. Although private, it is not fully enclosed. The garden provides locked storage if you wish to lock equipment such as surfboards or bicycles. Ideally located, the village of Crantock is nearby; just a short walk will give you access to the facilities Crantock has to offer, including pubs, a cafe and grocery store. Tresawle is also ideally located for those wishing to explore further parts of Cornwall, and is an ideal hub for those looking to visit attractions around the area. Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Oven and induction hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden to the rear with patio and furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note: the gardener may need to visit during your stay. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: arrival time is 4pm. Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations. Town: Crantock is a small Cornish village set back from the coast close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the north to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Everything about Tresawle is superb and there is nothing the owners have overlooked. The cottage is comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished. The location is ideal and it is only ten minutes walk to the beach. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this fantastic cottage.
