Crantock Cottage is a spacious 4 bedroom property which sleeps 8 people plus a baby. (Baby kit provided, please see below).

Downstairs you will find plenty of living space with a conservatory, sitting room, dining/family room, a well equipped kitchen, a utility room and downstairs loo. The kitchen, dining room and conservatory all have beautiful large windows which look out over stunning sea views across Crantock Bay and the surrounding headlands. Patio doors lead out from both the dining room and the conservatory onto a large wooden deck with table and chairs. Making inside/outside living easy. The deck is a perfect spot for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and watching the sun set over the bay.

We live approximately 40 minutes away from the property, so can be on hand if there are any problems, otherwise we will leave guests to enjoy the property uninterrupted! We also have a local representative in the village to assist our guests if they need help with anything.

Fabulous property with outstanding views. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely gardens with raised decked patio immediately outside, with further decking at the end of the garden, perfect for watching the sunsets. Within easy walking distance of the village & West Pentire for pubs & food....More

To the North of the bay lies the Gannel estuary which has created a beautiful sandy haven for countless seabirds, with plenty of rock pools to explore and great opportunities for catching crabs with the children. Or why not enjoy a leisurely evening stroll along the rivers edge at high tide and see what you can see?

Nearby is the secluded beach of Polly Joke, without a car park and only accessed via a footpath - it is perfect for relaxing far away from it all.
