We stayed here for two nights as we were attending a wedding at the local church. Everything about our stay was perfect! We had a fully stocked fridge and fresh scones on arrival,l, breakfast each day was beautiful and varied. The bed was super comfortable and the surrounding area was just stunning! Excellent 2 night break in Cathys barn conversion. We enjoyed the home made cake and beer left in the fridge for us on our arrival. Extremely large comfy bed in spacious room. Powerful efficient shower. The breakfast was outstanding . Cereals, various breads, fresh fruit etc.Ham and cheese. Couldn't be better. Excellent value for money. Would love to visit again.

Management response:

About the neighbourhood
There is a local pub within walking distance. At the top of the farm track turn right and it is on your left within 5 minutes walk. They serve food and real ales. Hot food is not served Sunday & Monday, though there are plenty local pubs within a short drive offering a wide choice of menus.
The local farm shop is on the main road as you come into the village and is a 1 mile walk from the barn, they sell a variety of local produce and serve a full cooked breakfast and meals.
Getting around
We are approximately 12 miles from Kidderminster. There is no public transport from Kidderminster to the village. Although we have had guests who have travelled by train and taxi a car is really required. There is a local pub but no shop in the village
Car recommended
How to get there
Find the church in Rock. Take the tarmac farm track to Rock Farm. You will see the side for the racing stables as you reach the drive. As you progress you should see the church on your left visible through the conifer hedge.
At the bottom of the track take the RIGHT fork
Pass the large barn on your left
Drive right to the bottom by the 5 bar gate
Turn into the courtyard and park on your right by the lavender beds.
The front door to the property is on your right
