Consistently rated 4* by Visit Britain and has held their coveted Gold Award for the last 5 years for our high quality accomodation and customer service.
The cottage is comfortably furnished and fully equipped for 4 people with full central heating, double glazing, free high speed wi-fi, flat screen TV, i-pod docking station, luxury microfibre bedding etc.
Situated in a peaceful location, ideal walking country and yet within easy reach of cosmopolitan Hebden Bridge.

Old Town Hall Cottage was perfect, up on the hill above Hebden Bridge. Very cosy and characterful, and lovely and warm even though the wind was howling outside! Hebden Bridge is in a beautiful setting, and full of quirky independent shops. I would definitely recommend...More

About the neighbourhood
The cottage is situated on a quiet unadopted lane and there are many lovely countryside walks to be done straight from the door. The location is very peaceful & tranquil, ideal for a chill out holiday to recharge your batteries. The village of Old Town is a very old settlement and was mentioned in the Domesday book, we still have a village post office & a regular bus service to and from Hebden Bridge. We are within 40 minutes drive of the lovely market town of Skipton, often described as the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales.
Getting around
Hebden Bridge railway station is only just over a mile from the cottage & there are regular services to Manchester, Blackpool, Leeds, York & beyond.
There is a very good village bus service which runs twice per hour from Hebden Bridge & stops within a few hundred yards of the cottage. It is also possible to get a bus to Keighley & then on to the Yorkshire Dales.
Taxis to and from Hebden Bridge are very inexpensive & take approximately 10 minutes. The walk down to town is very pleasant but it's uphill on the way back so a bus or taxi makes the return easier!
