Terrible
Made reservations in May Paid for nights Got two emails One was the rules and payment recieved Second was dates/time in and time out/and address Never got room number or key code information. Sent manager/owner email no response Call number on first email and sense it was the weekend got ni help. Had to rent another place at eagle crest at the last moment as we had driven 3 hours to get to Redmond. I expected someone would help us but no. Asking for a refund. This has been going on since May 21, 2024. This was a stressful and horrible booking for myself and my partner.
