There are some decent units in Sea Gypsey, but this is NOT one of them. The location of this unit isn't bad and you can get a groundfloor unit right next to the beach, but this comes at the price of noisy tenants walking past your room (109 is adjacent to the only corridor to the beach). Paper thin walls will keep you up at night. The poorly vented pool room will burn your eyes with the chlorine fumes. Kelp me Ronda is like a sad college apartment. The furniture is as cheap as anything from goodwill, many of the accessories don't work, and the carpet is completely worn out and disgusting. The units vary widely in terms of quality and amenities, but this is one that you want to avoid—it's truly discouraging when you see some of the other units and realize that you paid the same price for one that has been so neglected. They say it sleeps more than the others, but the two pull-out beds are worthless (get a nicer unit and bring a sleeping pad or two).
