The Granary – Is a traditional barn which has been lovingly converted to a high specification self catering holiday let, open plan living with exposed beams, wrought iron features & Juliette balcony.. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant & memorable stay for our guests.
The Granary is fully furnished with open plan fitted kitchen, breakfast bar/work area & lounge.
Under floor heating throughout and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump.
The Granary has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom & bathroom on the first floor, with a separate shower room with walk-in shower on the ground floor.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the option to accommodate extra guests.

Impressed with openess of host to share thier beautiful property including fruit from thier trees. Very comfortable for two couples and everything that one needs to cook. Close to great walks, pubs and interesting sites.

As we drove down the tree-lined avenue to Napton Fields Farm we knew we were in for a treat. And so it was. Everything is immaculate, beautiful, welcoming. The barn reconstruction with its high beamed ceilings is lovely, comfortable, pristine, tastefully decorated. 'Innkeeper' Rita Bagshaw...More

A really beautiful,absolutely spotless house. Perfectly situated for the wedding we attended in warik house. A lovely farm with lovely surrounding s. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. Thanks to Rita.
