The accommodation sleep's 6 in two double Bedroom's and one twin bedroom.

The Staircase leading from the Lounge to the landing area leading to the Master Bedroom and Twin Bedroom and Family Bathroom.

The upstairs Master Bedroom has a Super King size sleigh bed, it has a TV and DVD. And fitted wardrobes and window with views to the front of the cottage looking across the private gardens in the grounds with views of St Ebba's Peep church.

The upstairs Twin Bedroom is suitable for children or adults with two very cosy twin beds there is a selection of books for children, and lovely views also to the front of the cottage.

The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and there are patio doors leading to the private enclosed court yard garden there is underfloor heating and a TV.

There is a key box to the left of the front door . The key is left in the key box for your arrival , the cottage is left ready for your arrival and the key in the key box , after booking your stay before your arrival I provide the key code , my mobile Tel no is available for any thing you need during or before your stay . If you need any information or directions I can help as I live in Beadnell and I am very familiar with Northumberland . All leaflets are available in the cottage for places to visit and places to eat all local attractions.

sixth visit to st.ebbas, still of the highest quality accomadation available in the area.The location is ideal for visiting the area especially with dogs. St ebbas is a true credit to Julie, the owner and the maintenance people who prepare for the cottage for visitors....More

A MINIMUM RATE is Charged at £299 this price is an out of season only Price.

Arrival time is 4pm and Departure time is 10am, these times are flexible out of season.

A Deposit of 20% is payable upon Booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

A fully refundable Good Housekeeping bond is payable of £150.00 which is payable one week prior to arrival

Pets stay free at St Ebbas's Peep. A maximum of two well behaved pets are welcome , special arrangements can be made if more than two pets are to accompany you .

Renowned for its beautiful sweeping sandy bay with miles of sand - perfect for building sand castle and paddling. Watersports are well catered for here too as the bay has its own boat launch facility, kite surfers are fast making this their north east home and the little yacht club regularly holds races off shore during the season.

Beadnell has a breathtaking gently shelving bay and boasts the only harbour on England’s East coast whose entrance actually faces West. Two preserved 19th century lime kilns “stand guard” over the little harbour.
