If the flourish of designer driftwood ornaments and the pallet of seaside shades don’t transport your imagination to a sandy beach on a warm summer’s day, then the views from the property will do. This Waterfront Retreat is set on the Yarmouth shore making it a truly wonderful base from which to enjoy the delights of seaside living on this beautiful island.

Excellently equipped. Comfortable. Clean and modern. Excellent location. Quiet. Lovely views. Great cycling and walking. Excellent roads. Lovely owners. Closeness to all amenities in Yarmouth and the Ferry port. Anyone who doesn't give this place maximum points is mistaken!!

Island Walks: A leisurely stroll along the waterfront into Yarmouth town centre is only 15 minutes away. Guests are very welcome to use the steps down to the water’s edge opposite the property but please do be careful as they are steep in places (not suitable for a push chair). For the more adventurous the Isle of Wight is a walker’s paradise with over 500 miles of footpaths across contrasting landscapes and beaches.

Island Buses: Southern Vectis run the local buses on the Isle of Wight. There is a bus stop located across the road from Waterfront Retreat. The bus routes connect most parts of the island to all major towns. Buses are frequent.

Ferry: Lymington: 1.0 km
Directions by road from Yarmouth ferry are as follows: On exiting the ferry turn right onto Bridge Road and at the roundabout take the first exit onto River Road/A3054. Continue on this road for 0.8 miles and Waterfront Retreat is located behind the main house,'Waterfront House'. It's a blue, weather boarded house with a glass upper floor balcony, grey slate roof and an in/out drive – there is also a sign visible from the road. The parking space for Waterfront Retreat is on the gravel on the right-hand side of the house, in front of the oak garage doors. To access the property, guests go through the coded gate located on the right hand side of the main house.
