Beautiful little cottage, well kitted out for a very comfortable stay. Good location for cycling at Bedgebury Pinetum and only half an hour from the coast. Jen was very quick to respond and helpful with any queries. Would definitely recommend.

About the neighbourhood
It is a 10 minute walk to Bewl water a huge reservoir which is 13 miles all the way round but great for a shorter walk, cycling and fishing. We are10 miles from Tunbridge Wells and 1 mile from the local pub which dates from the 14th century, it has 4 acres of land there and you can get decent food. The local village is Ticehurst which has a bakery, a fishmonger two pubs, a bank a local store/post office and a decent Indian restaurant. The town of Wadhurst is 2.9 miles away (6 minute drive) for more shopping choices. Hastings Old Town is well worth a visit, 18 miles (35 min) Rye is 21 miles away (37 minute drive) and just further on from there (25 miles, 43 minute drive) you will find the huge beach and sand dunes at Camber Sands.
How to get there
We are 33 miles from Gatwick Airport a few minutes from the A21, Stonegate and Wadhurst are our nearest stations with train to London,(London Bridge, Charing Cross and Victoria) Brighton and Hastings, we are a one hour 25 minute drive from Central London
