Bedroom 2: 4' 6' double bed. single bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps, hand basin. decorative fireplace. Half landing: separate WC with hand basin. Family bathroom: bath with shower over. WC, hand basin, heated towel rail. Second floor: Bedroom 3: 5' king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, built in wardrobe. Ensuite shower room: WC and hand basin. Bedroom 4: bunk bedded room with storage, views of the Lighthouse and sea. Entertainment: TV with freeview. CD player/radio. For Families: Outside: private courtyard garden with table and chairs. Outside loo in brick outbuilding. Parking: available on the street close to the house. General: WiFi. Bed linen, towels and all energy costs are included. The cottage is centrally heated with two additional wood-burning stoves. A small basket of logs will be provided for guests arriving November-March. No smoking Pets: one small well behaved dog is welcome but must be kept on the ground floor. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: stairs are steep and not carpeted. Pets information: Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (up to £25 per pet per week).
