Our unit is situated directly acros the road from the Maroochydore river and Surf Beach .
There is a children's park and playground across the road plus large indoor / outdoor pool directly beside Surf beach.
It is on the ground floor with a huge outdoor entertaining area with great views of the water.,we are within walking distance of Restaurants, theatres , Shopping mall , coffee shops and Surf clubs plus we have a bus stop directly out front of units.
We have furnished our unit with all the modern cons , Large ice maker refrigerator, double oven plus all the cooking utensils you would need as we often stay there and like to cook .
Both bedrooms have QS beds plus Tvs on walls , and have bathrooms attached to them.
The first Bedroom has a small sitting room beside it and the second bedroom has large glass doors and drapes which open...

Opposite Cotton Tree Park with great view, and always something going on in the park. Within walking distance of Malls, for shopping. A good sized unit with comfortable beds and good facilities. Excellent for children.

We had a three week stay in this gorgeous unit & enjoyed every day of it. The unit is in a perfect location on the Esplanade at Cotton Tree. The unit has everything you could wish for. Lovely modern furniture & very comfortable beds with each bedroom having its own en suite. An amazing outdoor area which really is another...

This beautiful apartment suited us perfectly. Beautifully furnished, very roomy and it has a spectacular balcony at the front of the apartment overlooking the water. Walking distance to restaurants coffee shops. The Boatshed Restaurant has a great takeaway and the best hamburgers that you can eat at tables and chairs overlooking the river. Just magic. The owners of the apartment...

We are directly facing the water on the Esplanade .There are several restaurants , shops , cafes within minutes walk from Unit and 7 minutes walk from Sunshine Plaza .We are also within walking distance of local RSL and Surf clubs who also offer a pickup bus service back and forth to the unit .
There is a Bus Stop directly out front which can take you to various destinations of the Sunshine Coast and into Brisbane if required.
There is a huge children's playground in front of the beach across from unit with Barbucue facilities etc
