A delightful and spacious three storey Victorian family house with a wealth of original features, fully restored and now with all modern facilities. Just 200 yards from the historic Ashbourne market place, but set in mature gardens with specimen trees and ample private parking.
The house sleeps eleven in five bedrooms, with an additional ground floor double sofa bed which avoids stairs available on request. There are two new luxury bathrooms and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is lavishly equipped with a full range of high quality appliances. All bedrooms and lounges have large satellite TV's. One of the two lounges seats eleven and has a 50 inch Satellite TV.

Hollybank House aims to provide everything you might expect in a highly rated small family hotel, except for being self-catering and the fact that it will be yours alone to enjoy as an intimate but supremely comfortable home from home.

The fine Egyptian cotton bed linen and high quality pocket sprung mattresses, were both provided by Royal Warrant holders. These are complemented by soft thick towels and fluffy towelling bath robes for each guest. Each bedrooms has a Hospitality Tray and is completed by touch sensitive bedside lights, water carafes and an alarm clock.
