Fantastic holiday home. Beautifully decorated and kitchen has everything you’ll need. There was eight of us and there was plenty o space for everyone to either chill out in their own space or spend time around the kitchen table playing games from the large selection from the games room. Would definitely recommend a visit.

There was plenty of parking space for our 3 cars directly infront of the house, which was very handy as my missus had...

About the neighbourhood
There are plenty of things to do in Alston and on Alston Moor for couples, groups and families. The South Tynedale Railway is narrow gauge railway open most of the year and close to The Hub a local museum containing old vehicles and a host of artefacts from bygone times.

There are lots of scenic walks in and around Alston and a leaflet in the study gives some useful routes and information.
Five miles up the road there is Nenthead and a couple of miles further on there is the Killhope Wheel Mining Centre.
