I live on site so will normally be around if you need any help or advise. I try to be there for your arrival and departure and feel free to ask if you have any queries or questions. I'm normally on the yard feeding the animals morning and evening.

Just had a long weekend at this fantastic cottage. Had everything you could want in a holiday cottage and loads of games for the children. Murdoch was a very welcome surprise visitor on arrival and was a regular visitor through the weekend. Highly recommended

Kelsall is a small traditional Cheshire village located in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. It has many interesting features both geological and historical, close to delamere forest making an ideal walking location. Lots of family attractions are also available in the local area.
Chester City centre for shopping and historical interest, Cheshire Oaks outlet village or Liverpool 1 for those who love to shop. Day trips to Wales for those wanting to explore further afield.
Getting around
A car is really essential although there are lots of walks from here. The local rail station at Mouldsworth is on the Manchester - Chester line.

From Kelsall village turn down Church St (opposite the church) at the bottom of the hill turn left onto Common Lane. approx. 500 metre on left you will see the sign for Weetwood Ales and Barley rise. Turn left into the drive.

There is plenty of parking right next to the lodge.
