Two level, with open concept kitchen and living area with high ceilings, Two large full baths and laundry. Two large bedrooms on second level. You will enjoy a view of the Bras D'or Lakes. The private beach and lagoon is about a 5 minute walk down the hill. If you like quiet, secluded and remote, then this place is for you. New cottage built on the site of a former farmhouse from the early 1900's hence the name Farmhouse as it has been in the family for over 40 years. Bright, spacious, serene with views of the Ocean and Mountains. Sits on very large acreage of land which provides for privacy and isolation. The private ocean beach and brackish pond are a 10 min walk away. You can walk the beach for miles and rarely cross paths with others. Truly an away from it all experience.
