Our week at Sea Splash was very enjoyable. We noticed that there weren't many reviews, so we wanted to leave some pro's and con's for anyone who is interested in staying here in the future.
-extra space for your $$ because the loft bedroom isn't counted as a bedroom, but still offers enough privacy and space, and the downstairs basement living area could also easily be used as a bedroom
-gorgeous views of the ocean from inside the house and from the decks
-lots of parking (driveway easily fits 4 cars, plus the garage)
-house could use some updating - wallpaper removal, fresh paint, updated furniture, etc.
-kitchen very poorly equipped (no measuring spoons, stovetop was in poor condition, coffee maker barely produced lukewarm coffee, etc. There were, however, plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware.)
-beds were very uncomfortable - especially the basement one (and it would creak every time you got In/out of bed)
