Our spacious, lovingly renovated 3 bedroom apartment is a hidden gem. Grey feature walls & rustic brick highlights a trendy minimalistic living space perfect for a large family holiday. The largest of 8 apartments in a ground floor complex with a private pathway only 1 min to the beach. Boasting extra large rooms which will comfortably sleep up to 9 adults, It is the ideal location whether building sandcastles on the beach, surfing at Surfers Paradise or strolling along the beachfront esplanade. Lounge Room: A large room with air con, comfy seating and a wall mounted 55' Smart TV. Wooden floor boards and soft furnishings to provide a lovely space to unwind. Separate Laundry with a 8.5kg Front Loader to cater for our longer staying guests who wish to travel light! Dining Room: Open plan design with a large glass top dining table to comfortably seat 6 adults. Master Bedroom: fitted with air con & fan is fully tiled with King Bed and ensuite. This is a lovely couples retreat that offers a quiet space from the rest of the apartment. It is fitted with a 49' Smart TV on the wall for your enjoyment and a new glass free ensuite tiled floor to ceiling with a rain shower. Second Bedroom: has a fan, built in wardrobe and overlooks the courtyard. There is 2 King Single Beds that can be offered as a King Bed configuration upon request and with 48 hrs prior notice. Small fee applies Third Bedroom; fan installed and a pillow top Queen bed.All beds are dressed in crisp white hotel quality bed linen. Soft furnishings may differ from main pictures. Bathroom: Tiled floor to ceiling offering a wonderful glass free shower; fitted with matt black fittings to provide a luxury modern feel. Courtyards: The front courtyard is where the washing line is located and entrance to the pool area. The rear courtyard has an outdoor setting perfect for entertaining. This area is gated and secure; suitable if bringing your pets. Pets: Pets are most welcome but must remain outdoors unless prior permission is given from hosts and you agree to the additional doggy house rules prior to booking. Please do not leave your dog unattended or alone. Noisy dogs cannot be left home alone. If you have more than one furry friend please enquire with host to discuss suitability. If you do not notify us that you are bringing your pet(s) you will be charged $150. If pets are allowed indoors please ensure you remove all pet hair/fur upon checkout, failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. A small pet fee of $45 (total) is payable before check in. Please add to your booking form. A medium size doggy shelter or bed is provided along with a water bowl, alternatively you can bring your own. Babies & toddlers are welcome, we offer: Portacots High chair Stroller. Please enquire at the time of booking. Subject to availability. Basic WIFI is provided. Fair usage applies. No smoking in the apartment. Parking is optional. Should you choose to park onsite, there is ONE carport parking spot available at the rear of the complex suitable for a medium size car. Height: 2.3m clearance. Larger vehicles can be parked here but just require care. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street. You have full access to the entire apartment. This apartment is situated in a small older style building. It is a private complex of 8 apartments which has a communal pool that is available for use by our guests, please be aware the pool is owned by the body corporate. We currently have 5 apartments within the complex; The Grey Brick which is the largest in the complex with 3 large bedrooms and can sleep up 8-10; Flaming June Beachside Apartment, Brandy beachside, Goldie beachside & Burrows beachside, all 2 bedroom. All uniquely different & have been lovingly renovated to to offer holiday accommodation. Each one has its own unique character and different features. Group bookings are available upon request. Guest Interaction: We like to welcome and meet our guests upon check-in if possible, show you around and answer any questions. We also like to offer our guests space and privacy but we are on hand if needed. Self check in is also provided and details are accessible via the app on your phone or the website on yr laptop 24hrs prior to your arrival. It is Keyless entry and a unique access code will be provided for the duration of your stay.

Idealy located for the beach the apartment is clean tidy and well kept the kichen has every thing you need the beds are comfy, and the air con works so well in all rooms, Andrea & bruce are always on hand and are great hoasts.defanitly...More

We had such a wonderful stay. The house is lovely. I would definitely recommend. The hosts were easy to deal with and explained everything perfectly so there was no stress!

Biggera Waters, QLD, Australia Our apartment is directly across the road from Biggera Waters beach via a private walkway; only a short walk along this beach and you will find bbq facilities, gated kids park, coffee shops, restaurants & cafes. There is a netted swimming lagoon safe for small children & the famous Charis Seafoods for amazing fish & chips, they also have daily pelican feeding at 1.30pm.Biggera Waters is a quiet suburb only 15 mins north of Surfers Paradise. Our apartments have a private access that will take you straight to the Broadwater which is a beautiful stretch of water, sandy beach & very safe for any kind of water based activity including jet skis, parasailing & kayaking. All Theme Parks only 15 mins away!
Getting around
A car is recommended but not necessary. Public transport is available, buses and trams close by. UBER is popular and everywhere on the Gold Coast. Taxis also readily available.
