It was close to everything that we needed, accommodated small children perfectly and was exactly what we were expecting. We will definitely be coming back.

We have stayed here several times and have yet to be disappointed. House is perfect for a family of 4 in terms of space and facilities with a lovely south-facing garden for when the sun comes out! Super location too, in a quiet private road only a short walk to the village centre and/or beach. We will be back!

No 19 is a great place to stay in Croyde, great indoor and outdoor space with the added benefit of a garage and off street parking. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all of a good size. We were four adults staying and there was plenty of room for us all

About the neighbourhood
Croyde is a large village following the curve of its wonderful sandy bay, one of Britain's finest surfing beaches. It boasts a popular Thatched pub, several shops, good restaurants2 indoor heated leisure pools one of which is literally at the end of the road you will stay on. This also has a gym, jacussi and sauna. There are lakes renown for wildlife, rock pools, and cliff walks and a wonderful walled tea garden and room, one of many, for that all important cream tea. You can hire a horse in Croyde and ride through the surf for miles. The highly regarded Saunton Golf Club is a 5 minute drive and you can pick up the coast path 800 yards down the road from the house. Railway: Barnstaple: 13.0 km
Ferry: Plymouth: 100.0 km
From the M5 exit at junction 27 sign for North Devon/Barnstaple 3rd exit A361. If you need petrol fill up here. After 45 mins at Barnstaple take signs to Ilfracombe at each roundabout i.e. 1st turning at 1st roundabout, 2nd turning straight on at 2nd, and 2nd turning right at 3rd roundabout. you will come to a roundabout with big stones in the middle. Go straight ahead signs still Ilfracombe over bridge over the next lights then left onto dual carriageway. 5 miles at Braunton centre left at lights to Croyde. 5 miles you will see the sea on your left.
