The peaceful hamlet of Little Ribston is well positioned just a short distance from the thriving market town of Wetherby on the banks of the river Wharfe which is full of interesting shops,plenty of cafes and restaurants. The spa town of Harrogate is where you can treat yourself with a visit to a renowned local tearoom for something delicious. RHS Harlow Carr is a treat for all ages with its woodland planting,Alpine House,wild flower meadow and learning centre. Take a scenic walk alongside the River Nidd at Knaresborough or the stunning Ilkley Moor is within a short drive. Slightly further afield is the dramatic ruins at Fountains Abbey. On entering the cottage you step into the spacious hall which has underfloor heating and where you can leave your coats and shoes. The lounge is open-pl... At one end is a spacious kitchen with electric oven and hob,dishwasher,washing machine,fridge with ice compartment and dine at the large breakfast bar. Enjoy relaxing in the sunroom which boasts a comfortable sofa and chairs or watch a film on the Smart TV,bi-folding doors open out onto the patio and garden. Off the lounge is the ground floor king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and WC,there are French doors opening onto the patio and garden which flood the bedroom with natural light. Heading upstairs there is a king-size bedroom,which is light and airy and has an en-suite shower and WC. Outside you will find a private garden with a patio and garden furniture,it is the perfect spot for enjoying alfresco dining. To the front of the property is a gravelled driveway providing off-road parking for two cars. More
