Fantastic location in the Park Place Historic District a block off Main Street and 1 block from the Aquarium and the Niagara Gorge. A quick walk, half a mile, to the Falls themselves. FREE Wi-FI. Conveniently located near a supermarket and public transportation. ​ The house is a large old Victorian. It has four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. The HUGE living room, library and dining room, kitchen and half bath are on the first floor. It is fully furnished for you to make yourselves at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to make your own meals if you wish. If you do not wish to cook, there are restaurants 1 block away on Third Street and more near the Falls. Many listings in Niagara Falls are not legal, so be careful. Beautiful place very close to the falls

This is a beautiful home. The bunk beds were really good We had nice time except for missing washer and dryer

We are happy the guests found the house beautiful, comfortable and enjoyed their stay. As is stated in our listing there is NO washer or dryer. It would be nice to not be "dinged" for not having what we clearly state we don't.

Nice and clean place for 6-10 people and 3-5 minutes drive to fall

All the rooms were as in picture. Everything was very neat and clean. We were 6 adults, and 2 kids visiting niagra falls. Fall is only 3-5 minutes from the building.

Park Place Historic District is a national historic district located at Niagara Falls in Niagara County, New York. It is principally a residential district built up between 1885 and 1928. The dominant architectural styles are Italianate, Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, and Arts and Crafts. This District is a 10 minute walk to the Niagara Falls State Park.
Getting around
Car: Use google maps. Train: Amtrak comes directly to Niagara Falls and from the station you can walk (1.5 miles) or take a taxi for about $6. Bus: Major bus lines, such as Greyhound and Megabus, go to Buffalo. From Buffalo you can take the NFTA bus to Niagara Falls. During the summer season, Greyhound runs to Niagara Falls. The local bus line is run by Niagara Frontier Transit Authority. The closest stop is 2 blocks away at Main and Pine. Plane: If you arrive by plane into Buffalo Niagara International Airport, you have 4 options to get to Niagara Falls, from most expensive to least expensive: taxi, UBER or Lyft, ITA shuttle, NFTA bus.
