Thank you so much for such a wonderful home base. We arrived to the home and were overjoyed with the inside and outside of the home. My husband and I have been coming to Keuka Lake for years and decided to bring another couple with us, and rent a home. We picked the perfect house. The house was equipped with all the necessities one would need for the stay, long or short. The pool was clean and the deck was wonderful. The grill and grill set worked perfect for our night in, and the firepit (with starters and logs) was used nightly. The sun rose perfectly over the lake for backyard viewing. Although we did not use the kayaks during our stay, the life vest and paddles were ready to go. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed from a spotless house, to citronella candles, and a welcome bottle of wine. The amenities were abundant, and the location was perfectly placed. We loved the quietness of no neighbors, and the view of the lake. We loved the pool and the deck. We simply loved everything. Prior to the trip I was in close contact with the owner and she was nothing but kind, efficient, and professional. We are already looking forward to our return trip. Thank you for all your hard work and allowing us to visit your special place on Keuka Lake!!!!!

We loved staying at this charming cottage! It was the perfect location for kids. Not too close to the water and walkable to Keuka Brewery! Julie was responsive and thought of everything (and more) that her guests might need.

We rented this house for a fishing trip and the pictures don't do this property justice. For starters communication with the owner was fantastic. Everything about this house was great and most conveniences are there so there's not much that you need to bring. We are definitely going to be back. 10 out of 10.

The house exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and private, surrounded by trees so you couldn’t see the main road. Great location, we explored many wineries within a few miles and nearby hiking. The hosts thought of everything, they were very detailed on instructions and where to find different things for the house. Will definitely be back!

We are a family of four with 2 teens, ages 14 & 16. This property was pristine, the owner was so communicative, the area was so fun to explore. Nature all around! We enjoyed the fire pit and pool as well as just hanging out playing all the yard games provided. A bit of rain came in, but Julie had excellent ideas on adventures we could do. Highly recommend this property!

The house and grounds were immaculate. All the comforts of home were provided. Beds were very comfortable. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed watch a deer family that visited our yard.
