This was an awesome home that accommodated 5 couples with plenty of room. Very clean with a pool table and poker table. So glad we chose to heat the pool. Great location that is close to so many things to do. Host was amazing and always responded right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot off the Strip! We had 8 of us (5 adults and 3 teenagers!) and there was more than enough room for all of us! There is a back bedroom with 2 queen beds that sits away from the other bedrooms, and that was perfect for the teenagers....they called it their "apartment"! We loved the pool table and the poker table-nice addition!!! The house is about 30 minutes from the strip, which was fine for us because our vacation did not center around the strip! But it has an amazing view of the strip from the front porch! The backyard was beautiful! The property manager was very quick to reply! The neighborhood was quiet, too! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for our sons lacrosse tournament with another family. The house worked out perfect. The accommodations were faunistic. The house was clean and have all the necessary items we needed. I will for sure consider this place again when in Henderson.

This location was great for us as we wanted to be away from the strip, but close enough to jet into town whenever we wanted. Space was great and the accommodations were fantastic. Would definitely recommend to others and/or stay here again.

Had a great time enjoying the large and comfortable property with family and friends.Terrific location with a wonderful view of the whole valley and surrounding mountains. Right next to nice walking/riding trails as a plus. Great communication throughout made it all the better.

This property was perfect for a multi-generational family vacation. The split bedroom floor plan allowed great-grandma added privacy and the separate room off the pool was a treasured space for the teens!
Pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and the propane fire ring with Adirondack chairs was nice in the late evenings for s'mores and a great gathering place for morning coffee. And added benefit was the walking trail of Mountain River Loop located one block down the street. The house is situated across from this natural trail offering a wide open view of mountains to the right and a great view of Vegas at night in the distance. The house is situated on a corner lot and while there were neighbors in the back and on one side of the property, the privacy fences created a wonderful oasis. House is situated on a quiet road with little traffic. Management was quick to respond and quick to correct two minor issues.

The house has alot of space to spread out. The game room is fun with a pool table and a poker table. There is 1 step down to the living area if mobility is an issue.
The pool area is nice but you can't use it from 10 pm until 10am. The spa is attached to the pool and not heated so really not useable as a spa (hot tub) rather just a pool extension. The pool was very cold despite being 90 degrees out but if you were willing to get in you could get used to it.
The location walking distance to some trails was nice for morning walks to beat the heat and the views of Vegas in the distance was lovely in the evening.
We got the impression there had been some issues here in the past with neighbors, which limited our enjoyment of the outdoor space. The late night emails reminding us of the noise rules with a zero tolerance policy was a bit jarring as well as the early morning one about check out rules "in case we were not already out".
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with spices. Could use a few more serving dishes for large groups.
Overall it was alot of space and comfortable inside.

This was definitely the best family vacation we ever had, we will be booking again in the future for our next family reunion, this property has big open spaces perfect for playing games, great backyard, and a heated pool, we did not pay for the pool heating and we will definitely not make that mistake next time! The rooms were big and spacious, the bathrooms were gorgeous. Better than any hotel in the area one of the bedrooms is located outside of the main house in a casita, this room does not have a bathroom attached and is ideal for someone who wants privacy. Our guest staying in that room traveled back in the main house to use facilities. Our favorite part was sitting next to the fire together. The area is very secluded and safe, farther out in Henderson, perfect for a family looking to explore the nature side of things vs the busy nightlife of the strip. The host checked in regularly. Thank you for a great family trip!

The property was even better than we had anticipated! Great proximity to several different things . The views are wonderful and comfort of the home that allows everyone to gather and also provides privacy. Highly recommend the house and host were great!
