About the neighbourhood
You can hike, ski, mountain bike and even ride horses on the trails next to our house! We are on 23 acres surrounded by another 2000 acres of grazing land for cows, moose, coyotes and the occasional bear. We have even seen a mountain lion in our neighborhood! When you need a break, sit out on the deck and admire the sunset or go into town (only two miles away) for hand-crafted brews in one of our six local microbreweries or at our cider house! Note that we are on a gravel road that can be icy and snowy in winter requiring four-wheel drive. Also, we do not have cable or satellite TV but we do get local stations and have wireless internet.

How to get there
We are just off of Interstate 90 on the northeast end of town. About a week before your stay, we will provide written directions from both the interstate and the airport. Our road is gravel, not concrete, so it can be a bit bumpy for the last mile. In the winter, we do get snow and ice, so you will need a car with 4WD. Call us when you get close.
