About the neighbourhood
The property itself sits atop a mountain overlooking five mountain ranges with state land that offers great hiking in the backyard.

The summer and fall boast amazing wildlife view here at The Edge. From inside the house you can view Elk, Deer, Golden Eagles, and even occasional bear or Mountain Lion. (See our wildlife cam from actual video footage). And just this past December we got our first photo of a wolf on the property!
Getting around
Smithsonian affiliated, The Museum of the Rockies boasts T. Rex skeletons and dinosaur fossils. Hyalite canyon offers ice climbing on several of their waterfalls in the winter. Bridger Bowl offers nearby skiing and Big Sky, an hour's drive from the house is proud to offer the 'biggest' skiing in the country offering 4,350 ft. of vertical slope. The famed Gallatin River (filming location for A River Runs through It) is nearby and is one of many gorgeous locals to learn to Fly Fish. Feeling adventurous, book a ticket for white water rafting in the Gallatin Canyon, or relax and rent a raft to float down the Madison or Yellowstone river in the summer.
