*The pool is in operation from May 1st-October 1st. It is heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st.
All available for the exclusive use of our guests at no additional charge!!
We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon and Fishing boat rentals, fishing poles, a swim deck and Lily pad. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent. It's a gentle slope with a ramp right next to the dock!
BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday or Saturday depending on the available unit
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.

Welcome to our beautiful 11 bedroom/10 bathroom (2 are half baths) Luxury Villa on the pristine Table Rock Lake. *This is a luxury duplex style unit with 5 bedrooms on one side and 6 bedrooms on the other side, with a connecting door in between. We are excited to share this wonderful lakefront home with you! We hope you find this home a place to have fun and relax with family and friends in the quiet Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, but just MINUTES away from a wide array of Branson entertainment. These gorgeous villas are located on gorgeous Table Rock Lake in Branson Missouri. The Villas are fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your vacation. Also conveniently within a 2 min walk to the shoreline of the lake!! Each side of the unit is three levels. The 5 bedroom side has 4.5 baths and a Theater room with Stadium seating and a 70" smart TV. The 6 bedroom side has a double bunk room instead of the theater room. Each side of the villa has quality beds and furniture, 4 full bathrooms with 2 MASTER king suites and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a top of the line Weber Gas Grill (with propane included) located right outside on the main deck. When you combine both sides, you will get 6 total decks; two small balconies off the master bedrooms, two large main level decks with weber gas grills and four quality 6 seat patio sets, two lower-level screened in patios with furniture. Inside the Villas, you will find custom high-quality furnishings, wagon wheel lighting fixtures, Natural Slate and Travertine tile floors, and solid granite countertops. All of the bedrooms have flat-panel TVs, luxury bedding, and only the BEST mattresses available! The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls and a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows.
The TWO upstairs Master Suites on each side have custom hand made king size beds with top of the line mattresses. Each master suite has a full luxury bath with granite countertops and one with a natural travertine tiled shower. The downstairs living areas have an awesome Entertainment media room with a 55' flat-panel TVs, a full-size pool table and top quality sectional queen sleeper. There is also two full-size laundry rooms with a top of the line washer and dryer and an additional small size refrigerator for those extras. Lastly, the screened-in patio is accessed from the lower walkout level and provides outdoor enjoyment great views of Table Rock Lake or the incredible pool in a bug-free environment.
What separates our lakefront homes from the rest is the huge array of amenities located on the property which are included FREE of charge with your stay. The amenities include, The incredible 5000 sq ft 'Oasis pool' with a 200ft Lazy River and infinity edge pool above is complete with extensive natural rock landscaping, colorful plants, trees, shrubbery, and over 125ft of refreshing cascading rock waterfalls. There is also a 50ft rustic beam, outdoor pavilion with patio sets and comfy cushioned chairs that surround an outdoor 30ft tall stone fireplace to sit and relax by while watching your family and friends having a blast in the pool.
The incredible beach entry 5000 sq ft Oasis pool also has a 8000 sq.ft of paver stone patio, over 75 lounge chairs, a 70 foot commercial water slide for the kids(or the 'kids at heart':-) There are TWO outdoor inground hot tubs to enjoy, one that will seat over 15 people and the other 10 people!
