A cosy sofa and armchair sit in front of a TV/DVD and the kitchen is well equipped and offers an electric oven and hob,fridge,freezer and washing machine. The living area leads to the super-king-size bedroom which is another light and bright space,with en-suite bathroom with bath,separate shower and WC. There is slate flooring throughout the accommodation and this is kept warm and comfortable by the underfloor heating. Heading outside there is a small private gravelled patio area with seating and BBQ. Nestling within the grounds of the owners’ home your privacy is assured and further to this you are welcome to roam the garden and eight acres of grounds which are a haven for wild flora and fauna,with an uncovered pond,summerhouse,kitchen garden and ornamental flower beds. Designated private off-road parking for one car is provided next to the property. More
