Delightful old spacious converted barn located within the lovely Seaton Valley Nature Reserve. Its a 15 minute level walk through the nature reserve past the lily ponds and sensory garden to Seaton beach. In front of the barn is a yard area with a picnic table. There is a small paddock behind the stables, which is available to guests. We accept a pet by arrangement. There are many lovely beaches in the area and Seaton beach itself is a sandy beach with rock pools at the western end.
Please note that there is a queen size bed in the upstairs room.

About the neighbourhood
Seaton has a café, restaurant, shop and pub. There are lifeguards in the summer months. Downderry is a short walk along the beach(if the tide is out) and also has a pub, shop, café and restaurant. Hessenford also has a pub and is a walk in the other direction through the nature reserve. Polperro and Looe are a short distance along the coast. Tredinnick farmshop and café is a short drive away.
