About the neighbourhood
The Seward neighborhood is a safe, diverse neighborhood close to the University of Minnesota, Augsburg College, and the U of M Children’s Hospital. The neighborhood is home to two internationally recognized arts organization, the Playwrights’ Center and the Northern Clay Center. We have two cozy coffee shops less than a block away (one is even a French bakery!). The Franklin Avenue corridor is home to plenty of delicious restaurants and shops to explore. We are close to the light rail which will take you to US Bank Stadium for Vikings games and the Super Bowl!!
