Our family of five, plus our small dog, stayed a night around thanksgiving this year. The house was in very good condition, was clean and well appointed. Our kids were delighted with the layout and felt at home right away. We have stayed at a number of rental properties in the mid cape but this stood out for our family. We loved the cozy, comfortable layout.
Jenn was very communicative and helped us very stop of the way.

My 2 friends and I had an amazing stay in this lovely property! What a perfect location for our annual girls trip - a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to a terrific restaurant!
The cottage was fully equipped with all the amenities and was so comfortable and inviting.
Hoping we can come back every year!

Jenn was pleasant to work with and responsive. Great mid Cape location within short walking distance to two good restaurants, nice beach and easy distance to other towns. The kitchen had all the basics, living area comfortable, and nice deck with table and chairs.
The downstairs bathroom is tight and hasn’t much space to set things and could use another towel bar. Linens aren’t included and a rental was arranged but we had to make our beds once we arrived. There was hand soap but no body wash or shampoo so be sure to bring your own. This house would be good for a family.

Great getaway
Loved staying here and look forward to returning! Home was bright, clean, comfortable and had all needed amenities. Fenced in yard a huge plus. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Wonderful house near the beach
This house had everything we needed to enjoy a few days at cape cod. Beach chairs, bikes and cozy outdoor furniture. We had everything we needed to cook dinner in the well stocked kitchen. It was the perfect house for our family of 6.

Great Cape Cod experience
Stylish, comfortable house in a great location near the beach and downtown Chatham. Owner was very communicative and super responsive during the stay! Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect house in Chatham
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The owners are very nice and responsive. The location is great. A short walk to the beach and a nice neighborhood. We are hoping to return next year.

Pristine house in a great location
This house was just right for our mini-reunion weekend of four childhood friends. It's clean, bright, and well-appointed - a classic Cape house with modern conveniences. We spent lots of time on the large deck, which overlooks a lovely green lawn. It was an easy walk to the gorgeous beach - although I recommend driving (or a drop-off) if you are bringing chairs and coolers. The road to the beach is busy, but we found the drivers and pedestrians to be courteous and careful.
We had just one question while staying there, and our host responded to my message in minutes.
