Spend your Cape Cod vacation relaxing by the pool at this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Chatham vacation rental home. This home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac just .3 mile from Pleasant Street Beach and Forest Beach on Nantucket Sound. The pool is surrounded by a spacious, grassy back yard complete with a children's play set. Amenities include central AC, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD player, furnished deck, enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill. Home away from home

This was our second time renting this beautiful home. It has everything you could want: large backyard, fire pit, swing-set, pool, ping pong table, A/C, multiple televisions, and working washer/dryer. Oh, and the outdoor shower is sublime. Kitchen is well stocked with necessary cookware and all of the appliances are in working order. Location is perfect, with two beaches down the road and multiple restaurants nearby in Chatham and Harwich Port. If you have an opportunity to lock in a week over the summer then you should jump on it. We plan to come back for as long as the owners will rent it out.

Ideal Vacation Home

This is a great property. The pool is beautiful and well-used during the pandemic, even though the beautiful nearby beaches were socially distanced. The house is nicely furnished and spotless. The backyard area was terrific with both gas and charcoal grills. We had dinner outside every night and it was so very pleasant.. It's very secluded (we passed it twice without seeing it when we first checked in ! ) with foliage all around. We stayed for two weeks and should have booked for more..
