My family of three has stayed in this house for three years running. It is perfect for a small family. Clean, modern, ac, outdoor shower, quiet street. Can walk to the Nantucket Sound and nature trails.

Cozy and Clean and Near the Beach and Bike Trails
This house is walking distance to Forest Beach which is a nice uncrowded beach - no life guard but that didn't matter to us. There is a small parking lot at the beach if you didn't want to walk. I went on a bike ride every morning on the rail trails. Very easy to get to to the Old Colony Rail Trail at Morton Rd. If you head east, you head toward Chatham and west goes to Harwich. It connects to the Cape Cod Rail Trail which goes from Dennis to Provincetown. Great paved trails for riding a bike or walking. The house was small but had everything we needed. It had been newly renovated and looked fresh and clean. Since we came in the middle of COVID-19, clean was very important. It is on a nice quite street. The bath tub was slippery so we called Chatham Vacation Rentals. They came right over with a rubber mat which solved the problem. Very responsive! I would definitely consider renting this place next year.
